ROAD RIDES

SUNDAY MORNING GROUP RIDES

This ride leaves every Sunday morning from the store at 8:30am. Please show up around 8am in order to allow enough time to unload your bike and get your gear ready.

This is a ROAD ride, so please only bring your road bike. The rides should average 25km/h overall for about 2-3 hours. If you know you are unable to maintain this pace, it is strongly urged that you train up to that level before joining the group rides as it will not be enjoyable for you, or for the other riders.
